Threads: Meteorological stations Vietnam is the rainfall statistics of several months to forecast the weather in the coming time. Look for and print out the order of month rainfall than the average rainfall of the month statistics. Unit mm rainfall is calculated.
Input: The first line is an integer n. The second line 2 n is an integer array, of numbers separated by spaces.
Output: One line contains the order of the month rainfall than average rainfall, each number separated by spaces. If you do not find the month rainfall than average rainfall, print “NOT FOUND”
For example:

input:
3
1 3 2
output:
2
